Homemade Guacamole

No clue as to why I thought guacamole was so difficult to make but it’s so simple!

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 Avacados slightly soft
  • 1 Vine tomato
  • 1/2 white onion
  • Franks red hot sauce
  • Lemon juice
What you’ll need:
  • Mixer (hand mixer or stand mixer both work, I prefer to use a stand mixer)
  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Glass jar to put it In with a top, Plastic is fine. But it stays fresher in glass
Steps:
  1. Cut up you avacados, I cut in half to remove the seed then I cut the half into slices with a butter knife throw into a mixing bowl
  2. Cut up the tomato’s into small cubes toss into mixing bowl
  3. Mince the 1/2 of the onion and toss into the mixing bowl
  4. Add a splash of lemon juice (adds flavor but helps slow down the oxidation of the avacado)
  5. Add as little as 1 teaspoon or as much as you would like of the franks hot sauce to the mixing bowl
  6. Mix all together on low until almost smooth or smooth depending on how you like it, I like mine a little chunky!
  7. Enjoy owith chips, on tacos or with a spoon!
